JW Capital Limited is incorporated and licensed in the DIFC. We are in process of obtaining authorisation from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to manage a Collective Investment Fund. The Firm has received an In-Principle Authorisation from the DFSA.
Once authorised, JW Capital's license will be fund management in respect of Qualified Investor Funds and Exempt Funds. The Firm does not, and will not, offer products to retail investors.
The Firm's registered DIFC premises are located at Office No. 01, GV-11, The Exchange Building, DIFC, Dubai, UAE.
