The Firm has received an In-Principle Authorisation from the DFSA, subject to the satisfaction of standard pre-authorisation conditions.
Once authorised, JW Capital's license will be fund management in respect of Qualified Investor Funds and Exempt Funds. The Firm does not, and will not, offer products to retail investors.
