Jawed Iqbal brings over 25 years of experience in urban planning and real estate development. He has delivered more than 2,000,000 sq ft of residential and mixed-use developments across Karachi, including the master-planned Fatima Downtown, a 30-acre residential and commercial hub. He has also built an active investment portfolio in UAE real estate, with a track record of successful exits and established relationships across Dubai's developer community. Jawed holds an LLB and an MA in Economics and is a member of the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) and the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). As Chairman, he provides board-level oversight of JW Capital's governance and investment strategy, alongside an independent perspective drawn from over two decades of developer-side experience.
Chief Executive Officer
Owais Qarni is a real estate developer and investor with experience spanning the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through design, construction, and delivery, together with REIT structuring, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. He is also the founder of Ghani REIT Management Company, established to bring regulated, institutional-grade REIT structures to the Pakistani market. He holds an MSc in Management and Organizational Innovation from Queen Mary University of London and a BSc in Business Management from Brunel University London. At JW Capital, Owais leads the Firm's overall strategy, DFSA regulatory engagement, and investor relationships as CEO and Senior Executive Officer.
Chief Investment Officer
Habib Ibrahim brings experience in capital markets and private equity, with a focus on sourcing and placing institutional debt and equity, portfolio oversight, and asset management. He previously worked at a private equity firm managing over USD 50 billion in assets globally, including as part of the team behind Heitman Value Partners, an opportunistic fund with approximately USD 6 billion in AUM, where his work spanned investment analysis, underwriting, and fund strategy across a diversified portfolio of asset classes and North American markets, as well as international acquisitions and asset management through the firm's Global Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with minors in Accounting, Economics, and Real Estate, from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business. At JW Capital, Habib leads investment evaluation and portfolio construction and sits on the Firm's Investment Committee.
Chief Business Officer
Anas Aldib is the Chief Business Officer at JW Capital, where he drives business strategy, deal origination, and growth partnerships. Over the past 10 years, he has managed relationships with investors and developers across the UAE and internationally, structuring complex deals and building the strategic partnerships that turn market opportunity into scalable business outcomes. With a background spanning real estate, software development, and marketing, Anas brings a rare blend of commercial acumen and technical fluency to the role and a track record of building ventures from the ground up.
