JW Capital Ltd. has appointed award-winning international architecture firm Foster + Partners to design its upcoming residential masterplan in Dubai Creek, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class developments.
The project, which will be funded through Global Partners Property Fund II, encompasses a 500,000 square foot site along the historic Dubai Creek waterfront. The masterplan includes luxury apartments, community amenities, and retail spaces, all designed to the highest sustainability standards.

Construction is expected to commence in Q4 2026, with completion targeted for 2029.
